Bangkok International Motor Show 2012

These pictures were taken at “Bangkok International Motor Show” which was held from March 26th to April 8th. I had been to that motor show for three times. The first time was with my friend Min Thu and the second time was with my teacher Sayar Aung Kyi Win. The last visit was made together with a Myanmar Model Myat Noe Wai in order to take pictures for cover of a journal in Myanmar. To compare with last few years, it could be said that the numbers of  the model was much fewer than these previous years. Especially, it was obvious on week days. Although the numbers of model on weekends were also large. As a result, it was quite difficult for the photographers to take great shots. What is more, due to modern technology, people could use smart mobile phones,iPad,Galaxy tab etc.. to take snap shots. As resolution of cameras on mobile and tablets became much better, many visitors took pictures using such devices. All these people and their activities could be seen as hinderance or obstacle for camera men. Thus, motor show operators might consider a special day for those with such devices. Anyway, please look at my photos for the time being. Later I would present tips and tricks regarding how to take photos at the motor show.

Bangkok International Motor Show 2012

The following shots were taken in last December at Thailand International Motor Expo 2011. For the year 2012, the first “Bangkok International Motor Show” would be shown on March 26th until April 8th. The first day would be open only for VIP members. Second day would be open for media and press only. If you have a website and its address card, you could use it as entrance pass on press day. Although a few visitors on weekdays, traffic would be heavy during weekends. On weekdays, the numbers of models are relatively few than that of weekends as large crowded visitors usually turn up on weekends and numbers of models would be great also on weekends. As over crowded, it might not be very convenient and comfortable to take pictures, especially Subaru with pretty models. One day in the near future, I will go there and take some shots. Please wait and see my shots.

P.S

On 29th March, there will be show by Nikon Thailand and those interested photographers should visit the show at Siam Paragon.
